Very rude employees. Walked in and none of the two employees acknowledge us, I said HELLO and they just ignored me. Took them a while to ask if I was ready to order. Seemed like they were bothered by us. Been to other Baskin Robbins locations and ever have I experienced such a bad vibe from employees, management needs to train these girls. From the 4 items we ordered 2 of the waffle cone were hard as a rock, couldn’t even eat it. Waste of money. Whoever is in charge of this location please train your employees on customer service. There was no name tags on the girls on the receipt it says Khalil but it was two Hispanic girls. Will try to contact corporate to resolve this issue because I doubt there’s even a manager on site.

I’ve been coming here for years I’ve never received such a bad customer service like I did today from Desiree she literally rolled her eyes at me because I asked her for a bag and spoons for my items her body language was so disrespectful from the beginning. I am definitely making sure I speak to a manager to let her know exactly what happen they need to teach their employees more about customer service. And I also noticed that the employees don’t even where hairnets and for what I know that’s a violation of health department.

I had my order set for a later time to be picked up. unfortunately the time requested to pick up was no longer in my favor so I had called to see if I can have the cake done sooner and was very pleased that they were able to help me. The cake came out delicious And had no problem picking up my order.

I hadn't been to this Baskin-Robbins in years, I used to go here quite a bit to order ice cream cakes and get ice cream, there have been a few different owners. At one time, I was told I couldn't park in front of the store in the empty parking lot, which I have heard has now changed. Although friendly staff is there, I think their policy about ice cream cake orders, in particular flavor changes is ridiculous. If you are paying for an ice cream cake, you should be able to pick the ice cream flavor since it has to be made. I was told I had to pay an additional fee for getting strawberry ice cream. How can you insist a person select from three different flavors only for Mother's Day cakes if they all have to be made?!
