I tried it! That's the positive in all of this. I believe I called in a little before 12pm so it was understandable that certain foods would not be done (i.e. the collard greens). They also did not have red beans and rice. So after all of the "we don't have this or that!" I placed my order: 6 pc red snapper dinner with potato salad and Mac n cheese, pickings were slim. The 2nd order was a 6 pc catfish with green beans, potato salad and a side of hush puppies. Oh wait ...I forgot... NO PEACH COBBLER!!! (in my head I'm thinking, why are yawl open 🤔.) Picked up the orders. Potato salad in the same Styrofoam container with the cooked food.....eventually will equal mashed potatoes. Just an FYI! The two fish meats looked opposite of one another. The red snapper had a thin black skin on it and the catfish didn't. I can't even continue with this review because it was embarrassingly bad! I know for sure I will not go back.

Ever since I visited the south I’ve been looking for a place to fill that soul food hole that the west can’t fill. Guess this place isn’t it either. Smells great. Don’t answer their phones. I waited over an hour for two meals, the cat fish. Then we get told “five more minutes.” I guess they kill and butcher the food too? I couldn’t think of any other reason it’d take so long. There aren’t even other people here. I’ll never come back. No food is worth this. Saving star for having good food. Fish was great. Collard greens were good. Great Mac n cheese. But if I can’t order online or via phone never coming back.

This place is great! The BBQ is unique in flavor with a little sweetness to it! I had the ribs and the sliced beef 🤤 they caught me licking my fingers when I was done haha! I love how the owners make it feel like a community BBQ spot to relax and have good conversation. You can tell they take care of their customers and they have regulars. I have to try the fish next time!

I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE! This place is so unprofessional and don’t know how to talk to their customers! My dad called to place an order and because he wasn’t too familiar of all their items, sides practical they wanted to laugh at him and ask him what kind of question is that . And still didn’t answer his question. That’s not how you gain more business. And this wasn’t the first time. Another time going inside location girl at register was rude , and rolling eyes , just unnecessary attitude.

I was working in the area and found it on Google Maps. Decided to stop in, and definitely found what I was looking for. Got the sliced beef, ribs, baked beans, Mac n cheese, and collard greens. It was DAMN GOOD. Those collards were bomb. Ribs would have great flavor even if it didn’t have the sauce. Baked beans were smacking, too. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.
