Wendy's

I love Wendy's as a chain, but I have to submit a review for the Wendy's on 2nd in Rexburg because the quality of the hamburgers has gone way way down hill. The picture below is one I just took and is a representation of the quality I have received the last several times I have eaten there. Again, I love Wendy's but this is pathetic. The little pink squiggly thing on the thin layer of cheese is supposed to be the tomato. Below that is a single 3x3 transparent limp piece of lettuce. All of that with just a small squirt of watered down sauce. Clearly someone is trying to save money or there is a serious training problem with management. I hope they can figure it out.

Went to dine in and were told we were totally fine to order and dine in even though it was close to closing. Made sure to check before ordering so we knew if we should leave and find somewhere else to eat. But were told “no you’re fine don’t worry about it” Sitting there eating and a little over half way find that the burger is almost raw and pretty cold, pretty appetite killing. Then shortly after that we get a cold “greeting” from one of the employees “Uhm so our dining closed like 5 minutes ago so if you guys could leave that would be great” Nevermind the fact that we had been told we were fine to dine in for the meal. Should have found somewhere else to eat. Definitely won’t recommend or return anytime soon.

AMAZING SERVICE!! I went through the drive thru and I neglected to bring my wallet and they were not equipped for Apple Pay and I ended up just telling them to cancel the order. Then the most kind woman said that she’d figure it out and she ended up paying for it with her own money. I hope this employee gets this message. She could not receive higher praise. I will be sure to pay it forward. God is good and so is this amazing employee. God bless.

Food is good. Staff was friendly. The lettuce wrapped burger I ordered was wrapped in the whitest lettuce I have ever seen, and only one leaf on each side, but the burger tasted good. One other burger we ordered got made wrong, but they fixed it quickly. Always love a restaurant that has the Coke machines with ALL the flavors.

1. I usually order 4 for 4. So this review is based on 4 for 4. 2. Workers are usually very nice. Service is great. Drive through works very smooth too. 3. The food is not so great. A couple days ago I ordered 4 for 4, and maybe because it was around 10:20, my burger was uncooked, it was pinky which I did not eat it at all. Fries are usually not so great quality. I would rather go to other place if you want great fries. 4. Store is generally clean.
