Cold Stone Creamery

Worst customer service EVER! I went in to get my family some ice cream and dark haired short girl was super rude! I asked for whipped cream on my Sunday and she dumped out my Sunday got mad and put the whipped cream all threw out it when I asked for it on top! Then made a huge mess of my containers and handed me a napkin when I asked her to please clean it off since I’m taking it to go and she said “ you can clean it your self.” Then when I went to pay on my 26$ order she then said “you can leave a tip right there” I kindly said how do I decline. She rolled her eyes and told me to hit the red button. I work in customer service and never leave reviews but this was horrible! Will never return to this location!

Running a little bit late and I thought going to cold stone would be a little risky time wise. However, I was wrong. The member of the staff who helped me was running the whole place by herself but wasn’t stressed at all. Also, on top of all that she was very kind, smiley and happy to help. She was very good at her job and definitely deserves a raise. So if you go into this Coldstone ask for Bailey.

0 stars for hygiene 0 stars for customer service. I bought about 25 dollars worth of ice cream just to realized there was a massive black hair in one of them. I just threw all the ice cream to the garbage. Nobody touched that ice cream but me, and I'm 100% sure that hair isn't mine. Cold stone Creamery kept telling me they'd contact me to find a solution but it never happened, it's been 2 weeks since I first contacted them. I don't care about a solution anymore, since they seem to not care about this kind of issues. Just wanted to leave it here for the record.

We got there 15 minutes before closing time to order one item and when we pulled up all of the lights were turned off and the “OPEN” sign was off. We double checked the hours on the window, and sure enough, they were supposed to be open. The door was unlocked and when we entered the workers looked at us like we were imposing on them. Our order took a total of 3 minutes to fulfill. And they didn’t turn the lights on when we got there, so we couldn’t read the ice cream flavors because it was so dark inside. Super weird.

Good place to get a sweet treat. The service was a tad bit slow, but they were close to being closed so that’s fair. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that our ice cream was on the runny side, so we actually ended up taking it home and leaving it in our freezer for a while. Other than that it was awesome.
