Pizza Hut

I ordered my usual (stuffed crust with sausage and olives) on for carry out and for the first time at this location, they got it wrong. It was a pan crust pizza with correct toppings. I was very surprised. This location does a very good job and I've never had a problem. I took my pizza back and informed them of the error. They remade my pizza for free and let me keep the incorrect one! I am very impressed with how the situation was handled. I was expecting a credit to my account or something, not a free pizza. Thank you, Richard! They extremely busy tonight but still took the time to fix mistakes!

We picked up 2 Hawaiian pizzas yesterday; I had sausage instead of bacon pit on them. They were the worst pizzas I have ever tasted, and looked bad. The sausage was so sparse it was a joke; Canadian bacon was cut into tiny strips, and pineapple had to be searched for. When took piece out absolutely no stringing of cheese. Cheese looked odd and tasted like fake cheese that melted into flat flavorless goo. Even when we reheated it today the cheese was even worse. Though I will admit my air-fryer made crust crunchy rather gooey an gummy like when it was fresh. Cheese and toppings still inedible. Basically in total sad and VERY disappointing pizzas. I will not be back ever! Thanks

So I ordered a pizza today online. Seconds after ordering I get a call from pizza hut. The girl tells me who she is and says our delivery driver had to leave unexpectedly due to a family emergency. And says can you come get your pizza for a discounted rate. First off I hope and pray the drivers family and close friends are ok and in good health. Secondly I did not need a discount as I understand that things happen unexpectedly in life. Thirdly thank you for the call and the discount. I was totally fine with picking up my food.

The menu doesn't have prices on it so you have to go to their website. The worker was kind of dismissive and didn't ask us for a name on our order so she put a random name so we were a little confused. How she became manager I have no idea. Maybe she was just having a bad day because she really took it out on everyone. The store in the back was pretty dirty. Their wings tasted like soggy ground up cardboard dipped in expired sauce. My husband really liked his pepperoni pizza, but I did not like the chicken pizza. If you like a lot of tomato sauce then you'll probably like this place.

We ordered some pizza tonight. I checked for the tracking so that I could know the status of my order. The order was never updated so the tracking was useless. It was only updated after my husband called to see what was happening. The pizzas took an hour to get here and when we opened the box, everything was cold. We called Pizza Hut to let them know, customer service said that there’s nothing they could do but if we wanted to heat up our pizzas that badly, we could follow the directions at the back of the box. The pizzas were stale, cold and the customer service was a disappointment and unprofessional. I should’ve ordered somewhere else.
