Jamba must be dealing with hard times. Wednesday oatmeal specials are half full, orange dream machine smoothies cutting back on original flavor and making you pay more for added "orange juice" to bring it back to the original taste, cups not being filled to the brim. Sad. Other then that the smoothies are still good.

I absolutely love the Jamba in Rexburg! The customer service is fantastic and the manager is so friendly. I have a condition (Parosmia) where for the last 3 months and for at least another couple of months I can only eat/drink certain smoothies and nothing else so I order from Jamba daily-sometimes for all 3 meals. I had ordered on their app last week and got a call from doordash saying they were closed. Within minutes I had an email from the manager apologizing and explaining that they had to close early for renovations and had already refunded my money. You’d think that since I can only have smoothies that I’d be sick of them but nope! This Jamba is that good!!

This was my first experience with the company and I am glad it was with this store. The building was clean and organized. The workers were incredibly kind and patient. I asked Sofi for a recommendation and the Mango-A-Go-Go is incredible! The drinks were slightly pricer than I expected, though appropriately price.

I absolutely loved this Jamba Juice! They do a good job of getting the drinks out quick and making sure I have everything. The employees are very friendly and understanding. It’s a fun environment that’s very inviting and urges me to come back. I’ve come here at least once a week for a long time.
My biggest complaint is they do a terrible job of posting when they are open or closed. They assume that posting it on there entrance with a piece of paper is enough. 90% of people go online to check if a place is open or not. I’ve tried to go the last 2 days to get a drink and they were closed both times because of “holiday hours” they posted on a piece of paper on the entrance, while on google and their website it said they were open. Please do something about this and be a professional business that communicates with customers better than putting a piece of paper up on your door. I’m sorry Jamba, but you’re losing my business and many others to something as simple as posting your hours in places where people will see them.
Edit: The manager gave me a call and gave me a great explanation of why they can’t post their hours different online. It’s because they don’t control the website themselves. It’s done through corporate. I will gladly give them a 5 star if they are able to figure that out with corporate. For now it’s a 4.

As a restaurant owner my self I have gone undercover to your Jamba Juice. You need to audit your supposed team members and shift leaders, demote 2 people and promote one person I have my eye on. You are loosing business. This is the only place I can get a healthy juice and that is the only reason I keep on conducting business. I wanted to buy gift cards for my customers for my restaurant but before I do that I wanted to see how they treat me fist and I must say I went with Runin4Sweets instead because they have a more humane realistic approach to customer service. You have lost about 28 dollars in gift cards every month since June of 2021.

Usually Jamba Juice is just fine, that’s why there are two stars instead of one. I had an extremely frustrating experience with them this morning when I went to pick up an online order I had made. I have been told previously by their workers if I have an online order to pickup that I can just drive up to the window without using their intercom system and they will just talk to me at the window. That is what I normally do. I’ve done it multiple times. Well this morning I drove up to the window and made eye contact with the girls inside, and they were working on someone else’s order inside so I waited. And waited. And waited. The girls inside made eye contact with me multiple times but never came to check on me. After 10 minutes another car pulled up behind me after ordering in the drive through. Then after an additional five minutes a worker FINALLY came over and asked if I was the one with the order (of whatever the person ordered behind me I’m assuming) and I said no, I had an online order and I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes being ignored! This girls response was, “Oh did you use the intercom to tell us? Because if you don’t do that then we don’t know why you are here.” Or ya know, you could have come over one of the four times you made eye contact with me and knew I was there and chose to ignore me instead of asking if I had an online order (which they usually do every time I drive up to the window). Honestly I like Jamba but this was just ridiculous. I hope I have a better experience next time if I decide to come back again.
