This was my first time at this location, friendly customer service staff, everyone seems happy to serve customers. This Chick-fil-A was very organized, clean and spacious. Food orders took 5-10 minutes depending on specific foods.

I'm a creature of habit. At least three times a week I'm in the Drive-Thru ordering spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. Can't get enough! Fast and friendly service. What else can you ask for in a fast food restaurant?

Rating in the context that this is a chick-fil-a and you get what you would expect. Chicken sandwiches fast. I usually order using the app and then pick it up , they have never gotten my order wrong and the store operator gives rewards for repeat customers. Never had a bad experience.

8/4/23: Great experience in every way. First went to Glory Days across the parking lot and couldn't get anyone to wait on me so went to CFA in the same location at North Point and everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) was on point. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, everyone was so pleasant and welcoming and the food was fresh and hot. When I was done a kind worker came and took my tray away not to mention he opened the door for me as he was coming into the restaurant and as I was leaving another male employeee held the door open for me as I was leaving (he was coming in but stood aside to let me leave). I don't know where CFA finds such stellar employees but they're FAR and AWAY of a much higher caliber than most other restaurants (or businesses) than anywhere I've been in recent memory. A true pleasure to give my business to this restaurant/location.

This is an exceptional CFA. The team is managed well and that keep the orders moving. The inside is well kept and there is a nice little playground. The drive through is quick! And the delivery is fast! I highly recommend.

A really nice location! It's a bit smaller than some of the other franchise locations, but it has nice, slightly trendy, cozy vibe. It's very clean, has decent sized children's play area and is more inviting than others for dining in. All with the same Chick-fil-A quality that you might expect.
