Want to give a community message. I have personally seen people acting very very very rude and disrespectful to staff and employees, and thrn getting upset why employees are mad. Lets treat people better and they will be better in return i see everyone givibg bad reveiws on this. But this burger king rules , the staff is so friendly and helpful, always helps and is nice. The food is always fresh. I feel so bad when people want to be mean to cashiers over random things.

I had great food and service in spite of the store being understaffed. The few workers there deserve praise or at least understanding when you go there. They will take care of you!

Generally not too busy. Staff is courteous and helpful. However, it seems there is a high staffing turnover since I see a lot of people behind the counter who appear to lack training.

I have mixed feelings about this review. My intention was trying to get the impossible whopper but I was so hungry that I couldn't have a random option in my menu, so I got the regular one. Food was fresh and good for what you can expect from this fast food chain, the cashier is an elderly woman that put an smile in my face on how much effort she made working on the order. The cons that I have are based on the the restaurant building, which is very outdated. Burger king needs to do what McDonald's is doing with all their locations, making them fresh and new, Burguer King can win because they have better food options than me (personal opinion). That investment is necessary, this restaurant is falling apart. Also, they need to improve cleaning, I just saw a dead fly at the window and it looked that it was there for years.

I walked over to this Burger King from FM. This was my first time doing a mobile order and I was very pleased with how quickly my order was ready and the pleasantness of the staff. I even added a drink to my order at the counter. I really enjoyed my Whopper and the Mozzarella sticks. Next up will be trying their great Whopper Impossible combo.
