Mcdonalds, cheap and reliable. The service isn't always great and the ice cream machine isn't always running but you know what you're getting when you arrive. This location is the same basic deal you are getting at any other location. The employees seem to be different every time but everything gets done.

This location just can't seem to get orders correct. I understand they are very busy at times, but this is no exaggeration when I say that 100% of the time we have gone here our orders have been wrong, and not just missing one item, I mean missing 2-3 times or completely got the order wrong. Literally, 100%! We have had to pull around and CALL them to bring us out the correct items so many times they they know who we are now. We like to go here on Sat or Sun mornings for a quick and easy breakfast for our kids and after today we will never go there again, its just not worth it. The Newcastle location at least gets the orders correct. Example: This AM, forgot our toy, so had to go back, forgot one sausage biscuit, had to go back, but gave us a random breakfast sandwich that we don't eat...No salsa after asking specifically for it at window...I mean its a waste of everyones time, even writing this is a joke of time, but seriously this location just doesn't seem to care, MGMT needs to figure something out, Why not CONFIRM each order prior to handing the food over? The time spent on people having to go back and stop production must be killing them! Just check the order...? Think about how many people overpay due to wrong orders, kind of makes your wonder. The workers seem overwhelmed and their attitudes are jaw dropping, they don't want to be there and don't care either way...

Only reason I keep going to mcdonalds is the fries. All my life they've consistently made the best fast food fries. Bought a large fry and chicken sandwich. The fries were soft. Not sure if they forgot to cook them or what but theyre the worst fries ive ever had in my life. Warmed up potato that they didnt even put salt on. Won't be coming back to this location.

At least more than half of their coworkers don't care to help you and would rather make it seem as if you're bothering them when requesting help. Furthermore, many of them speak broken English and can't understand even the simplest explanations. I understand not being fluent in English, I have even worked with many coworkers who are bilingual, but if you can't understand your customers then you shouldn't be in that position. Their fries are consistently undercooked and unsalted. I don't know about anyone else's vut the fries are the only thing that makes the food bearable. To conclude, they're also somewhat passive aggressive but what else do you expect from lazy people that dont actually care about giving good customer service even to the kindest and easy to deal with customers. Next time I'll hunt wildlife down and cook it over an open fire before spending another dime at this bum infested establishment

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I was ignored when I walked in to order so I figured you can only order using the kiosk. My food never came out so I asked one of the workers if they called my number. I was ignored by multiple workers and they had completely forgotten my order. When I finally got my food the lady just handed it to me rudely and dismissive with no apology for me waiting there over 20 minutes. Even at other fast food restaurants. I was never treated this bad
