Pizza Hut

Once upon a time I had a wonderful pizza at one of the pizza huts. I advocated for their pizza being better than any other pizza chains. However, it all changed when I had the worst pizza from this place. I thought it could be once in a while mistake so let me give it another chance. Second time also, worst pizza. Fast forward 6 months, I had to order a pizza because it was late and my friend insisted on pizza hut but the third time is a charm. It beat the last two times and made it to the top of the worst pizzas. Just one question, do you guys ever thought about using fresh toppings? All of the veggies on top were really dry it felt like they deliberately wants to make it a dry veggie pizza. Regular cheese doesn't mean just a sprinkle. I understand that we all are going through some tough times but cost cutting on quality never works out great for any restaurant business. Never getting a single more bite from this chain. Front desk people are always nice so 2 stars for their behavior.

I ordered a Stuffed Crust pizza last night. The Renton, WA Pizza Hut did an outstanding job. There was no scrimping on any of the toppings sauce or cheese. I arrived for carryout just as it came out of the oven. Everything was perfect. In contrast another (closer) Pizza Hut did not perform to the same standards.

I don't blame the person that took the order from... but the time promised for delivery was over 1/2 hr to 40 minutes overshot. And got delivered by DoorDash...!! That is the slowest "DASH" I ever seen...!!! Not happy with the delivery and the respond from the store about my delivery... Lucky to get two stars...

When I ordered online I ordered a 2liter soda, only for it to be removed from the bill after perches, and given zero reason as to why. I only received the pizza I ordered, and soda removed as if I never ordered it. One of the pizzas quality was off. It was a little charred, and it was a left/right pizza. One side being cheese, and the cheese side was cut too small, and not even, as well as meat from the other side was on one of the cheese slices cooked in. Edit: 02/17/2022 The Pizza Hut response below said to send my name etc... and I did, and nothing happened. Did not make it up to me! F+L+Ratio

The pizza was good. Bread sticks weren't cut, but left in perforated slabs... No big deal, just inconvenient. The store interior was clean, but the outside was strewn with litter and some scattered broken glass. I'd driven past several times previously and was under the impression it was out of business as the exterior of the location was so dilapidated.

This is inedible. The cheese has no flavor, the garlic parmesan sauce tastes like it has no salt (I didn't even taste garlic to be honest), the dough was undercooked and flavorless, and their mini cinnimon buns were undercooked, and obviously got cooked in the microwave. In fact, they were sent to me in the same container they were likely sitting in at the back of their freezer. If I could give a 0/5, I would. Don't eat here. This is seriously not pizza.
