Excellent location near the industrial area and shopping in Renton and all the other offices nearby -- they have a fantastic selection of breakfast items like Danish, donuts and scones and much more which are non-sugar based like veggie burritos, quiche, egg muffins, and other variety that changes pretty frequently--- their coffee is excellent, it's medium roast and taste like coffee should --versus the bitter burnt beans stuff they sell at Starbucks-- in addition to the breakfast items they have very well made sandwiches for breakfast and lunch, a nice selection of drinks of course at the espresso machine-- lobby is great to sit and do work or spend a little time --- extremely friendly staff, top coffee shop-- this is what a real Seattle coffee shop is like.. 5star

We were headed to a drive up when we saw the Peet's sign in their window. Best coffee decisions of the weekend! They had a huge selection of tea and flavors and they of course serve Peet's coffee! They also have a small menu of actual meals and a very nice pastry case! We had a blackberry vanilla latte and wow! My wife is already wondering if it will be as good with our local coffee house's roast. The Italian soda I ordered was also wonderful, the cream was great and the peach flavor was prominent but not overwhelming. They also had Peet's for sale in both bags and KCups and the wide variety of loose leaf tea also was for sale in small and large tins. To top off a great setup, the barista was friendly and polite and they had a absolutely darling seating area.

Not busy at time of service; ate in. - Personnel: Very pleasant and helpful. - cinnamon bun is sweet and delicate when warmed with. - coffee: simple black 'coffee of the day' met the description. Great compliment to the sweet roll. -space: very clean and cozy atmosphere; seating is clean and comfortable; music is up-beat and not too loud
