I went here to grab dinner for my family before work and a separate meal for myself. When I got the chicken the box was not warm or hot, so I told the cashier and he said it had just came out. When I got to work I was so mad at what they did I didn't eat the chicken. They gave me 2 whole wings and a wingette drum for a 3 piece wing meal. Chicken sandwich was huge and super fresh. The curds taste like lil fried mozzarella sticks, but expensive. Plus we had mashed potatoes substituted for the fries and didn't get them. The Mac n cheese was nasty.

Terrible hospitality service. If I could write flat zero review with zero (0) star's. I would have placed (0) for review. @ 18:35 pm hr's I had taken my son along daughter KFC drive thru. While placing my order; out me being able speak; order-taker awkwardly proceed order my sides. While correcting him as I am paying customer hint; hint. He began to speak handle expierence abruptly, rude. This order taker. Defianetly needs a new profession or alternate position. I will be taking this to regional or cooperate. This encounter has ruined my day.

What lousy service!
They mess up our order by charging us for a more expensive item, didn't give us a side of coleslaw we paid for and to top it off I ordered a 5 piece Nashville tender meal I got a 3 piece! So they made like 15$ off of terrible employees who argue with the customer at the window

The employees at this establishment doesn’t understand how to follow instructions I ask for 2 thighs and 2 legs and they give me 4 wings with one of them having the skin missing like they ate it or something. The chicken and mash potatoes were warm too.

Order 3 piece all white asked for 2 breast got drumstick and 2 thighs. Called to complain did not answer phone. Paid extra . Extremely disappointed. Find help that listen!!!

If you want to order a medium float that's 2/3rd full with half a scoop of ice cream in it, this is your place. If you have any self-respect, you'll save your money and go somewhere else.

Do not go there to get food is cold and old...I ordered a chicken thigh, it was the smallest thigh I've ever seen smh... someone needs to call the State on them as nd the bbb...y'all need to get out the neighborhood...Don't go there!!!!!!!
