Subway

Lady was very rude and disrespectful, my friend tried to fill up his water bottle with water and lady threatens to call the cops immediately and starts to yell at him, also gets up in his face and says to get out or else they are calling the cops yelling it… and we had no clue that it was a rule or what is even going on. There was 4 of us and other people inside were upset at the lady as well. We just walked out but she does not know how to handle situations it looks like and that certainly reflects. DON’T GO HERE!! RUDE LADY that takes her anger out on other people and loses business lol

No public restrooms, I even offered to buy chips and cookies. The lady told me I had to buy a sandwich in order to use the restroom. I politely declined and went on my way. To be super uptight with restrooms post mask mandate, show what kind of business is being run. I am choosing not to spend my money here.

If I could give this subway a 0 I would! Went here with my classmates couple times and always get treated with so much disrespect. I could not believe what we experienced today, I’m not the type to leave negative reviews but today just crossed the line. The lady named Anna was working at subway and this is what happened……. All my classmate asked was if they have chicken breast and the lady working with attitude and rolling her eyes said “it’s been 8 months since we don’t have that anymore” lucky for her my classmate just apologized and said “I’m sorry I haven’t been here in awhile”. Then my classmate asked “do you have any chicken” to what we got more attitude to and she said “look at the menu” and starts pointing at 3 different spots. We ended up walking out and not getting anything! This Subway seriously need to check their employees and the way they treat people. If you hate your job go work somewhere else don’t be disrespectful.

I ordered a Sandwich from subway for delivery after a long and exhausting day. I went here, thinking it was the store who had messed my order up. I went in there ready to blow but trying to keep some semblance of decency to the workers. Carlos listened to my frustration, helped me figure out what happened, and realized I was at the wrong store! He was kind, professional, helpful and he made me the right sandwich while advising me on how to get a refund from the original store. I know this will be the only subway store I go to in Renton from now on.

The guy working at 5:30pm was so rude and acted mad just because I couldn't understand what he was telling me. He looked at me as he wanted to hit me through the glass. He yelled at me in front of my little kid. Never come back to this place and hope this guy never has a customer service position anymore.
