We had a craving for Mexican food and Margaritas so we went to Torero's. We both ordered the medium scratch Margaritas, mine without salt. He had the chimichanga and I had the marinated prawns and skirt steak, without salt. The waiter was surprised about not having salt on the steak. Our meals quickly served Our plates were large and completely covered in delicious food. He was hungry and finished the whole meal quickly. I took more time eating those things that don't keep well; coleslaw, fresh salsa, and the prawns with mushrooms. I took enough food home for 2 lunches. Half of the rice, beans, and skirt steak made a wonderful lunch today with plenty for tomorrow. The staff were friendly and efficient yet still able to exchange some repartee.
The best Mexican food I have ever eaten!! The food was so amazing and full of flavor! The service was awesome!! The tortillas are handmade!! The food it 100% authentic!! I can't wait to eat there again!!
Absolutely love this place! They make their tortillas so fresh and fluffy, Carne asada is beautifully seasoned and grilled, abd margaritas are strong.
I'll start by saying the food was super good. No complaints there at all. We order from them all the time, but today was the first time I sat down to eat here.
It was cacophonous! The ceilings are super high and exposed. The whole space is one big area so there's absolutely nothing to attenuate any of the noise from anywhere else in the restaurant.
There were also just SO MANY people there, so didn't love that.
That said, the waitstaff was incredibly friendly.
Take out or ordering 4 or 5 stars, the food is great.
Dining in 2-3 stars, didn't care for it.
The food was fire as hell. The waitresses we're bilingual which made me feel so comfortable and able to communicate what I wanted to eat. I recommend dining here! It's definitely for family and couples. Love it!!! Yummy yummy 😋 the margaritas are to die for!!
Wow... best Mexican food ever. I tore into my plate and couldn't eat it all. The portions are big and the staff is so friendly. My server was very attentive and helpful. I gave this place 5 stars but I would happily give it 10 if I could. Thank you toreros for a wonderful dining experience.
Of course I did not take a photo of this food. I was so excited to eat it and I just threw down. I sat in the bar area. Service there was great and speedy. They ordered chips, salsa and beans to start off as an appetizer. The Ted Margarita was flavorful. I ordered tacos, it came with sour cream, guacamole, rice and beans. I ordered tacos with 2 different meats but I only received one meat - chicken after it was suggested I try both. Other than that, the experience was good. Bonus, they had a good playlist going that night. Made me want to dance.
Burrito 🌯 Fajita was delish, and recommend Pork Carnitas.
VERY Clean, all employees are wearing mask and polite. No wait and it was 6pm when I walked in.
Plates of food came out within 3 to 5 mins once I ordered.

Our hotel consierge recommended this place one night when we were craving Mexican food while on vacation. Oh my God it was delicious! It quickly became a favorite! The atmosphere was wonderfully festive, the service was exceptional and very friendly, and the food was by far the best part of our experience! I ordered the fish tacos and my friend had the steak tacos. Both were very fresh and tasty. We also liked the complementary house chips and salsa, the HUGE fruity margaritas, and the hot wings appetizer. We enjoyed the food and the experience so much, we ended up coming back the next day for a second seating! We sat at the bar that time and the service was just as great as the day before. Loved our drinks and our attentive bartender, Julio. Torero's Mexican Restaurant was a very surprising and pleasant discovery! We will definitely be coming back here next time we come to Seattle!
