Server McKenna was single handedly managing the entire restaurant while she waited for her coworkers to show. Still a great smile and pleasant demeanor. Food was typical Applebee's, although the burger my friend ordered did look pretty good!!!! I got the four cheese mac, but instead of the chicken that comes with it, i asked for BBQ. The seasonal cocktail was the Reindeer, which was a vodka cran with a splash of Grenadine. Tasty!

Here at the one In Rensselaer, NY. The server is too arrogant and rude. I simply stated my wings were not what is described “Double Crunch Bone-In” He stated the first time they were and the second time I repeated it, he stated he knows for sure they are. Look at the photo and tell me what looks remotely battered. I took them home to cook be cooked to a crisp as they should. I won’t return here. That kind of attitude turns me off. Service altogether was slow and the group of us had to constantly ask other waiter/waitresses for more than one napkin, a plate to eat appetizers and something simple like water 3 times

Here it is 10/5/21 and still waiting on make up vouchers from Al in the mail which he offered, that shows the lack in honesty of management

We had the worst time ever!!! My wife and I went there for an early dinner. We order our steak rare. It came out medium. We talked to the waiter and he took our food back. What came out next was a steak fresh from the freezer. We will never be back!!! This was at the north greenbush restaurant.

Gina is a great server! The food was AMAZING. The price for 2 for 26$ was very worth the meal. We were treated with so much respect and the customer service was on point!

I hope It’ll not be deleted. Please!!! Bring your money to another place! It’s not worth it . I ordered online and came to pick up spot . What I want to admit the personal who are bringing the food outside usually very nice and polite ! But that time I came inside and I couldn’t find any help. The waitresses looked at me like what are you doing here! I tried to ask questions about my food but I felt like they were ignoring me . I usually a big tipper, but now I am thinking to change the place .

Lunch at Applebee's with a good friend. I wanted a burger and I got a great one. Actually followed thru when I asked for rare. A great glass of Peach Sangria to accompany. Only drawback is the dim lighting when you enter. Very easy to trip down stair after walking in from bright sunshine.

It was a while since I had visited Applebee's, but I am glad that their chicken and shrimp was as tasty as it was. The side dishes were enough to leave you satisfied.
