7-eleven

This is my favorite 7-Eleven. No matter how busy it is the cashier Mo always hollers out a greeting to everyone as they enter. He asks everyone if they have a 7Rewards card/number so they can either remember to use it or to sign up for one to maximize their savings. All of this store's staff is friendly as well. They are constantly cleaning the store, cleaning the sidewalk and driveway, always wanting to be helpful & friendly. Full Disclosure: I live across Gardella from here and always feel for them when I see emergency Red/Blues flashing in their lot. The Owner/Franchisee should be recognized for a store "above and beyond the call of duty"!!!

He asks everyone if they have a 7Rewards card/number so they can either remember to use it or to sign up for one to maximize their savings. All of this store's staff is friendly as well. Unlike at a few other locations, I've never been made to feel like I'm an inconvenience if I ask for a pizza to be baked or more of a certain roller food be put on to cook. The store is well stocked with a variety of items including staples like milk.

I been going to this place for a long time now, nice people who atends the store, except this one guy that is rude and don't have good costumer service. I asked a simple question, and he got all mad and yelling get out. I wish the owner would take care of this matter. He is working in the mornings early. They lost me as a customer.

I used to come all the time but I stopped because the customer service had become unbearable. It still almost is. BUT—the new cashier Red is awesome. She’s always friendly and cheerful and you can visibly see how hard she works. Every morning, I look forward to my large coffee, free muffin and her sweet smile! Keep it up!

Shopped here in the middle of the night during a 18 hour drive, and didn’t get a receipt, but bought at the very most $8 worth of stuff and my card was charged $16.32. The man working the graveyard shift who looked like he might be the owner was extremely sketchy and wouldn’t provide me a receipt, which I’m now thinking about the whole situation and realizing, he ripped me off.

The employee at the front who works late nights is absolutely hostile and disgusting towards customers. Several times, I've witnessed him spit directly into his hands before he handles transactions/money. I REPEAT, THE MAN SPITS INTO HIS BARE HANDS (the reason why i use debit/card over there). On sunday morning 06/24, around 1am one customer tried to make small talk and the employee responded by yelling at the customer (in front of his daughter). I truly believe this specific employee is prejudice and hates everyone that walks into the store. I strongly advise everyone to save your money and avoid this location on late nights. The scariest part is that he works at more than one 711 location so please be on the lookout for you own safety.
