I asked if they could grill my onions longer and the girl says they only do prep in the morning. Basically letting me know she really doesn’t care about the quality of my food. That was confirmed w how cold and chewy the fries were. She scanned my card and didn’t practice and sanitary measures after touching modem and getting my order together. The burger was not only a single which I asked for, the bun was WET. Fell apart as soon as I picked it up. When I called about the mush she offered to replace the order but I just wanted to bring it back and get a refund. She said she could only refund the burger… no ma’am you’ll refund whatever I return.

Stale burger buns. 4 employees all teenagers who dissussed their grades before taking my order, 20 min. Stood around a talked for another 20 min for making my food. Buns were stale and hard. Fries were served cold. Also I was the only customer so they cant say they were busy, and thats why my food was stale and cold.

UPDATE: 2020.12.02 - Came back to wait for Tires Plus to get some new tires installed. Their waiting room is horrible. So..ordered some breakfast. They try to make sandwiches out if crumbly, dry biscuits. Still not recommending them for the price. On a good note, they are actually cleaning the tables. Unlike before COVID. :) ALL of the booths are closed off. Just the seating near the window is open. The employees were great! ‐----- It seems that the quality of their food has been going down. It has dropped to McDonald's level.
