My wife and I literally go there every day before work, we actually drive out of our way just to go to that 711. Her favorite lady is Kimberley. She has always had superb customer service, she's incredibly efficient and even when the line is long, customers are rude and she's so slammed she can't catch her breath, she still smiles at everyone, stays sweet, thanks everyone and keeps the store clean and stocked. You guys have a real gem on your hands! The morning people that "work" could use ALOT of training from her! There's a fluorescent red haired girl who's very ghetto and I'll mannered. She chooses who she likes and doesn't and is very rude to those she doesn't like and charges them more. Sara, I think that's her name is another morning "employee" who is VERY rude, bosses customers around, thinks she's knows everything and tells you the rules but doesn't follow them. Oh Andrew is awesome too! He's always helpful. If something is out he's so fast to make it available again, he has great customer service and is always very welcoming.

If I could give a zero to this place I would the customer service here was horrible my husband had a points that he redeemed and the gentleman with the beard decided to charge us for a free item. Then my husband explains to the guy four different ways and the guy still charges the free item, so what a waste of points right. Probably would never want to go back there again and by the way their donuts are stale. Horrible horrible customer service that's all I can say.

This fat dirty lady tried to refuse service because my daughter didn’t have a “mask” BUT her face was covered completely!! She sat at work calling me ghetto and making comments about my “parenting” etc just extremely RUDE!!!! But as you see in this picture she is clearly COUGHING with her nose UNCOVERED !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make it make sense ! And let’s not get started on how dirty the store is , the background speaks for itself just gross !!!!!!

I'm a 73 year old disabled woman and absolutely hate going to this store. I feel like I'm being interrogated constantly by the staff. They nly want to berate me instead of helping me and it makes me want to cry. I miss Tuesday. What happened to her? She was always so kind and helpful. I loved her. The manager is so mean and so is the old black lady. I hate having to go there but I don't have a choice.
