Taco Bell

If you could give a rating of less than one star this place absolutely deserves it. For being "fast food"my drive-thru order, my mobile order, took 26 minutes to get out the window to me. I also was in the middle of giving my name for my order to one guy and then someone else took over in the middle of it and asked the exact same questions after I had already confirmed my order. The woman in front of me had to repeat herself seven times before her order was correct. I don't know if it's a new crew or they just aren't deserving of their 15 an hour but this Taco Bell needs help. Badly.

Service was a joke. I went inside. 4 employees working not 1 said hello. I put my order in at kiosks. Then when it was ready they just put it on the counter with the other order that was already there when I came in. Didn't call my name or anything. Then when I asked if it was mine the kid just said yeah. No enjoy have a nice day or anything. Guess since the pandemic they have forgot how to treat customers.

Food is ok here but they usually find a way to mess up your order. I've had missing ingredients, missing items, and missing descriptions of which burrito is which since they put 5 different kinds of burritos all in the same wrapper. Perhaps the advent of blockchain technology will one day ensure that when you order a taco from Taco Bell, that said taco is actually placed in the bag they hand you.

Food quality very bad. I ordered chalupa & it was hard. Didn’t tasted good. It tasted like it was fried hours ago or day before. very disappointed. I also got Nacho belgrande & it was also not good. Tasted so different from the Moana location that I usually get. Nachos tasted outdated. Waste of my money.

This location is pretty hit or miss. I'm new to the area and I've been here about 4-5 times in the last month or so. The service is usually pretty decent. There's a lady that works here named April I believe, you can definitely tell when she's the one taking your order in the drive thru, super polite and friendly all the time, I wish I could say the food was as consistent. I order the same thing every time, easy. #2 with no sour cream, and a few sauces on the side. Some times the sauces are wrong, sometimes there seems to be a pound of cheese on the tacos, some times it's all bunched up to one end, etc. Overall, it becomes fairly annoying to have to open up my taco's and rearrange the ingredients or remove the excess in them, especially since Taco Bell is already sort of messy to have to eat on the go.

Ordered door dash, the last TWO times they haven’t sent any sauce with my order. Clearly says 20+ sauce packets. Just throw a handful in. Not hard at all. It’s like it pains them to give customers sauce. You gonna eat a pizza with no sauce or cheese? Exactly. Forgot my drink this order also to top it off. Thanks guys
