The milkshakes are not the same anymore. Two days in a row I went to buy a m&m milkshake with extra m&ms and this is what I get. Never again. Not to mention the terrible attitude I get from staff. This is the sonic on 1220 N McCarran.

I had very fast and friendly service! I use to manage a Sonic Drive In and I can say that they took my order by the book and suggestive sold to me - I had my order of food and ice cream in less than 4minutes and my ice cream had a good amount of candy in it as well.I tipped my carhop, and I give an A+ 😀😀

Stopped in for a sonic blitz ice cream. They were busy but it has been super hot out. Lady at the drive through looked at me funny when I got an extra spoon with my blitz like I wasn't supposed to share it with my kid who was sitting right next to me. Made me laugh.

Ordered two drinks a slush and blast. Wound up waiting over 10 minutes and had to hit call button again to find out our drinks were left sitting the whole time. When we finally received them the slush was completely melted down and the blast was sludge and half melted.

For fast food it was delicious. Quick in the drive thru, good was hot, people were friendly. I've never had a bad experience here

The food was cold by the time it arrived. The burger was tasteless, the tater-tots were clumped together, and I just ended up requesting a refund from GrubHub. To top it all off, I was as sick as a dog all last night from eating this nonsense, so needless to say I will not be getting food from Sonic ever again.

This sonic location seems to have a real problem with bad attitude in the drive thru. Example I am a door dash driver during this visit. The customer texts me and asks me to grab extra ranch I ask the girl in drive thru for extra ranch and I get screamed at and told ranch costs extra and should be ordered thru the door dash app and after all that I get handed the ranch dressing anyways. Why not just hand me the item and get me moving along? Better customer service is indeed needed from this location! Less chastising and more fulfilling of random requests. Stop treating door dash drivers bad because we will eventually stop picking up orders from this location. I refuse to pick up deliveries from this location now and probably will never accept a sonic delivery again. We door dash drivers don't work for sonic. Watch your tone with me. 💪🏿

Great customer service! They are very under staffed but make up for it with up beat attitudes. Food hit the spot, no complaints.
