It's been a while last time I been this 7- Eleven, but the times I went there was good. It was clean, stock, and had fresh coffee ready to go.
The reason I don't go there any more is because I don't have any more business with the Reno University college any more, thus it will be out of my way.

They were out of hot dog buns for the roller grill dogs. I bought one hot dog (without a bun) and I thought that everything was still $1.00 off the grill. It cost me $2.48(?) and realized later that the grill items were 3 for $3. The clerk lost out on the opportunity to upsell and I lost out on a better deal.

one of the few 7-11's in town i personally avoid . it seems just as clean or stocked as any other convenience store , but the staff seemed somewhat rude to my family the few times we stopped by over the years . a decent place if you really need something though and everyone was professional .

Heather is great. I never seen someone multi-task so quickly and be calm and aware quite like her. A lot of rude people come through this store and she handles everything and everyone with class. Very professional.

Slow service. A sign was posted on the door out for lunch and it took over 40 minutes for her to return to open the doors. Once she did, she seemed angry.

Never going back if the so called overtly prejudice people in this town claim racism doesn't exist then they should go to this location that short oompa loompa chick running the counter kept following and watching me while I was looking for protein bars. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS BIGOTED DUMP.......and alot of their food is full of dust and its EXPIRED.

Didn't have much of a selection for hot food. Also, there is an old hag who doesn't like helping people. . . Other than that, it's a basic 7 eleven just wish bad service.
