Ordered a chicken sandwich. Burnt bun, no sauce or other fillings. $8 for this, a drink, and a few fries? Please avoid this location. Based on other reviews I've seen, this is the worst McDonald's in the area.
I ordered black coffee late morning. Made fresh even then. That's why we chose McD's. They opened dining room. We had a seat to enjoy a good cup of coffee.
I ordered a McDouble and only got one patty
Also i ordered a fish filet the quality and presentation was wrong .
The manager is rude , The green hair kid is rude and doesnt wanna be there .

Customer service is impeccable!! I really appreciate a place where employees work harder then a single mother with 5 kids around Christmas time!! Okay!! Check your order you already came this far!!! Remember they don't own this establishment they just work here!! Mostly our children!!! Be nice!!!
This is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've been Out of all Reno in sparks area. I feel like this place should be shut down. Some of the staff who work here I think can work on their customer service but but I also need to add that every single McDonald facility has different rules and regulat
The girl at the payment window just a few minutes ago wouldn’t look at me and had a horrible attitude. Though apparently under-staffed; this shift was putting forth quite the effort to handle the busy drive-thru orders as sell as the walk-in customers.
I waited no more than one minute after placing my order!
