Mcdonald's

I ordered a McDouble and only got one patty Also i ordered a fish filet the quality and presentation was wrong . The manager is rude , The green hair kid is rude and doesnt wanna be there . Worst McDonald's i would shut this place down asked for fries twice and they didnt give me fresh frys Mcdonalds corporation needs to know Beware dont eat here if they rush there quality they also rush food safety

This is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've been Out of all Reno in sparks area. I feel like this place should be shut down. Some of the staff who work here I think can work on their customer service but but I also need to add that every single McDonald facility has different rules and regulations and nobody follows them. Every time that I make an order I'm always told something different at every single location and this is the one location that is always different from everywhere else even when I physically ask.Other than the poor customer service the food put together is very sloppy at every time that I get a to go order I'm always missing something from it.. I also feel like this location is at the bottom of the barrel and is not upkept with customer service. They always claim that they give the best service every time I go in there but half the time the staff is so young they can care less whether or not they give customer service or actually give everything that was ordered. I can honestly say I don't believe I'm the only one with these opinions.

The girl at the payment window just a few minutes ago wouldn’t look at me and had a horrible attitude. When she gave me my card back I didn’t say anything because of her customer service and then she yells out the window “you’re welcome!” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 are you kidding me?! Sorry I didn’t say thank you for less than bare minimum basic human kindness. Bwahahaha.
