Reviews of Kfc

KFC seems to have gotten more expensive and the quality of the food is gone down and the portions are smaller. P. S. Update did they get the original Colonel back or do they still have that scary one that does p*** movies too on the side I'm just curious maybe that has something to do with the quality. But it takes me back to the old corn corn chicken and corn the Colonel's chicken in the Colonel's corner they're talking about Elvis manager but that's okay

Picked up KFC today while babysitting. They attended me very quickly and politely at the drive thru speaker and made sure to get my order correct. The young man at the window was so kind and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience, which I sure did. He did everything with such care! The food was nice, warm, fresh and delicious and I got quite a good deal as well with 8 piece chicken box meal. Overall, the experience of simply picking up dinner was smooth, quick and a good time thanks the employees... Keep up the good work!

I had just went through KFC drive through about 10 minutes ago and Wow I want to thank Hailey and Jesus for being really nice polite and respectful from the moment I started my order I did not feel rushed and paying at the window they were nothing but nice. I never feel the need to stop in my day to post a review but this experience I felt the need to post a review if there were more people like Hailey and Jesus out there at restaurants and fast food it would make the establishment a better place. My last experience at this KFC was pretty rude service and forgot some of my order so that was irritating. So again thank you. Now I found a place I enjoy to go back to

I must say it was quite sad. I don't like spending money only to throw it away. My order was wrong. I ordered their new tenders and they were burnt to a crisp thrown in a container that had a filmy layer of dried up sticky sauce. It was slapped together. It was disgusting. I tried to call and got hung up on. The staff was slow to serve anyone and they were not attentive at all.
