The food is generally good for fast food but the employees are extremely rude. They decided it was ok to talk badly about a person because they came in twice in one day. I am sorry that we wanted to use your business twice and support your establishment but do not worry that will not happen again. We work with a large number of people and the news of how you treated our employee has spread like wildfire, unfortunately this Wendy's has lost our business due to the insensitive words that were said by the employees at this location.

I notice they have remolded all there Wendy's in Reno and Sparks areas. There food is really good and I believe with each combo where it come with burgers, you can add one or two more meat patties on it.
I think Wendy's is one of my favorites for fast food.

Every single time I go here I am met with not only terrible customer service but also missing items. Today the lady taking my order kept interrupting me saying “is that it” while I was mid sentence. I was missing a medium fry and the small fry was half empty. They did not give us a straw for the drink or any sauce.

I usually order through Door Dash. Most of the time my order is right on point. They must have hired a new cook. This new cook doesn't follow directions very well. I ordered a Dave's Double with bacon Jam,tomatoes,lettuce, sweet onion,added bacon, no ketchup and Asiago Cheese I expect to get my order correct. Instead my burger came with tomatoes,Asiago Cheese that's it. Then Missing from my order was my 🥔 potatoe with bacon n cheddar cheese n chives. The new cook needs to be fired or whoever is handling the Door Dash orders needs to go. A few months ago they got all the orders correct. It's quite obvious they hired someone new this person doesn't care if they get orders right. They have no care in the world or they can't read or speak English. Very disappointed. I really hope the manager or owner reads this. Reevaluate their staff on whom they hired. They are getting orders wrong. I forgot to mention also when they mess up a Door Dash Order they seem to stop taking Door Dash Orders like they disable the system on their end so they don't have to take Door Dash Orders anymore. It's kind of funny how that works. It's like they know they messed up.

Whole order was wrong. Called them to get it fixed or something and they hung up on me. Wouldn't answer their phones from that number (scarey cats 🤣) so I called from another number and explained that they hung up on me and I want a manager. THEY HUNG UP ON ME. Contacting better business...

Food is adequate. Fries are acceptable. The iced tea is actually very good.
I would recommend to their management upgrading the audio system that enables placing orders in the drive through.
A sound system that makes you repeat things twice or three times is costing you money.
