Jersey Mike's Subs

Placed a rather large catering order. When I went to pick it up I was first handed a bag. Then asked for the box that I thought went with it. As I was leaving I looked and saw that none of the chips were included so I had to go back and ask for those. When I got back to my office I realized none of the side condiments had been included so I had to go back and pick those up second trip. When I stopped to pick them up I was handling handed a package with four tomato slices six pickles and a handful of onions for a catering order with at least 15 sandwiches. The food is generally good but I have found the service at this particular location to be less than stellar. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m hoping somebody will take my advice and make these fixes

OH. Complete meltdown with the manager, I am guessing. Door dash people waiting everywhere she was telling employees not to answer the phone and was unplugging the internet so they would have no on-line orders. And below is my world-famous cheesesteak. It seemed like a hostile work environment. Maybe add one or two more part-time employees during the lunch rush?

Omg These sandwiches are an insult to any self respecting Italian from the East Coast. If you have ever had a true Italian Sub you would never eat here. They say they use top quality, nah I know top quality and this is not! The provolone is sliced so thin you can see thru it, the capicola meat was not high quality, it is some kind of pressed loaf, and top It off with cheap ham! Shame

Walked in with no other customers in line, was looked at by the only employee in the store up front. Not until after another person walked in and stood there to not be greeted did she say she would be right with us. She walked in the back for another minute. Cake back out and went back to the grill and still never greeted the now 4 people in the store. I walked out and will never come to this location again due to this experience. Way too many other places that want customers to take my money.
