Most definitely ordered a spicey chicken sandwich and got a beef patty....... There was no one else in the drive thru other than one car and no one in the dinning area. This is the time food and orders should be perfect. Sad.

They didn't put napkins in the bag. Also the fries were cold. I asked the guy at the drive thru for a receipt and he said no paper. Same excuse as the one on on Pyramid and Los Altos Pkwy. How lazy can you be? I want a call from the district manager from this Jack in the Box.

Found hairs on my bacon that came with bacon swiss portabella sandwich... Which looked like hairs from being dropped on floor and them bacon put back in sandwich. Don't order the jumbo jack. The jumbo jack jr is the same size. Back in the days the jumbo jack was actually jumbo with sesame seed bun. The quality of it now is not worth the price. Made it small and charge you more, just horrible.

I ordered what I wanted, and I paid for what I ordered…so why are they rude to me for wanting that? If you hand me a completely incorrect order, since I paid for it, I have every right to ask for it to be corrected. I don’t need to be questioned and insulted…it is not my fault that you didn’t make m
