small little coffee shop in a very convenient location! (inside safeway). they sometimes offer little samples of drinks that they made extra of. although the range of drinks are limited due to what they have on hand, it is still a 5/5 starbucks!

We are absolutely pleased with the service that Kyler gave us. He is very hardworking under the circumstances and we couldn't be happier. Will definitely come back when he is working here.

I’m leaving this review for the employee, May, that’s working there today. The 2 customers in front of me in line had ordered 5 complex drinks, on top of complaining to her about something that was completely unrelated to the order she had made. And then the customers after us, when May had to use the restroom they responded with Are you serious?? Like that was so beyond rude of them. I just want to say that May is an incredibly hard worker and I hope that others will take a step back from their own entitlement and appreciate all the servers and customer service.

This place is GREAT!! The staff at this Starbucks is the greatest example of Excellence in Customer Service. We are there almost every Sunday morning and no matter how busy or how many rude customers they have to deal with, they not only remain courteous and professional but they are actually pleasant, kind, and patient, 100% of the time. There is no better!!!

Guy at register was really confused. I gave him my gold card and a $20 bill. Told him to load $10 on it. Then ordered a grande passion tea. He added the tea on top of my $10 and took it out of my $20. Not using the card. He then wanted to give me a new card due to not being able to figure out how to load my gold card. I had to talk him through what the screen was saying. So not only did he not use my card I loaded money on he used my cash and I didn't get my stars added. I wasn't going to try to explain how the card worked to the employee. I spent to much time waiting for him to figure things out. And his co worker never stepped up to help him even when he asked her to make sure my $10 was added to the card. They need some more training before working on the register!

Amanda the shift supervisor wouldn't spot me a penny, so I said do I have to go out and get from my car, and she gave me my money back and didn't explain to me. so I had to go to a different employee to get my drink. what a joke, she should be demoted to non communicative peon.
