Came here for the first time from out of town, we usually go to Kings Buffet but decided to try here. Not a huge selection but more than enough variety, food was tasty and fresh, prices are great right around $13, I especially loved the Sui Mai pork dumplings, I must of ate $40 worth if I had to buy them from a dim sum shop and they are just as good, excellent Sui Mai!!!!!!!
Looking at the outside I was afraid the AC would be used sparingly but that wasn’t the case, it was nice and comfortable, there’s nothing worse than looking like you ran a marathon eating at a buffet
Wong's Genghis Kahn is the go-to place for flavorful and plentiful Chinese buffet-style dining. The staff is dutiful and attentive. The buffet selections range from sushi to Mongolian barbecue and everything in between. Did I mention the price?!? You won't believe just how little you'll pay for the amount of food and great service you'll receive.
Little selection of Chinese food but all of it was good. Loved the sushi, the best I have ever had at a buffet. Next time I'll try to not eat so much sushi that I have room for Mongolian Grill. We really like everything we tried. Love it and will be back next time and everytime we're in town or ever close.
Great price at $10 per person. You pay for drinks but about $1.50 for Ice Tea or soda's with refills. I say let's eat and you dont have to make a pig of yourself....
Well it's been a few months since I went and prices of course have gone up but they haven't doubled like rent or home buying. I especially liked my fortune cookie it says: life has obligations. Having fun is one of them!
The photo is some of my favorites see if you can find them in the buffet it will definitely be some of yours as well. Oh and I didn't notice the last time they do have an ice cream bar here as well and it's set up like Mongolian BBQ where you can create your own they cook it for you and then you get to eat it and that's all included in the buffet. Enjoy I know I always have!
A hidden gem, but I have been coming here for years and glad they're still open. Great Chinese buffet for $11.99 per person. Everything from sushi to Mongolian hot grill where you choose to make your bowl and the dessert with self service ice cream. They close at 2:30p.m. and get fairly busy during the lunch rush.
We really enjoy the Mongolian bbq and all the extras they have The staff is very friendly. It is one of our favorite places to go in the Reno area. Check it out.
I have never been to a Mongolian bbq place. When we got there the hostess took us to our table and we ordered some drinks and she said, "it's a buffet okay" and walked away. So we got up to go get our food and it was a little confusing at first, the left side of the buffet was 3 different raw meats and a bunch of different vegetables and a selection of sauces that you put into a bowl and have them cook for you behind the counter. On the right side they had meats and seafood and vegetables, dumplings and even sushi all prepared and ready to eat. It was actually absolutely delicious, the food was fresh and had amazing flavor. Even the sushi. So my kids didnt know that what they were grabbing was raw noodles and then they put cooked food on top of that and basically wasted an entire bowl of food because they didnt want to eat raw noodles. So other than no communication from the staff, once we figured it out the food was seriously good. They even had a little dessert section with ice creams and cookies and fruits. It was really affordable too! I got a whole carafe of wine for $10!
My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years now. They always treat me right. The food is good, I never leave hungry. It's nice to have Chinese food with my sushi. I will always return.
