Starbucks

I ve been coming to this Starbucks for The last year and I never got angry over getting my stuff late. However, today I walk in there To pick up my mobile order. Mobile order means you skip the line and get your stuff and go. Well not today, there was more then enough staff there (so the understaff excuse won’t work today). I looked at the end of the long line in drive thru and was happy I ordered ahead. Then I get inside and EVERYONE was more Worried about getting the line outside moving then the mobile orders inside. I had to leave my $11 order there so I was not late to my first Day of work. So this store made free money today off of me. Oh not to mention the 2 males walking around lost …… if your in a hurry and want your drinks made right avoid this location at all cost. Sorry forgot to mention, this store is also known for not reading the order stickers on the cups…. So if you order extra sweet or extra expresso, most likely your not getting it but you sure are paying for it.

I will NOT be returning to this starbucks location ever again. After having waited over 10 min in the drive through line to order NOTHING bc this location did not have the items I wanted and I was now stuck, I asked if I could see a manager. I wanted to be sure management was aware that there must be an ordering issue, as this was my 6th visit where they didn't have them. The team member @ the window asked me to explain my issue, then after another few minutes, was sent back to tell me the manager wanted me to go home and call from there regarding my issue!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I hopped on the road with my crying child who doesn't understand long waits and empty hands and went to the Mt Rose Starbucks, where I waited 1 minute behind a single vehicle and got 2, not 1, chocolate cake pops for my child.
