The management and service at this small restaurant are excellent! I also believe that their takeout special is the best you can find in town. Combine that with excellent food and creative, tasty sushi options, and you will always find me ordering from sushi One.
The service and product can be good--but not always. My last visit was a disappointment--service was inept and the fish serving for sashimi was stingy and the hami kama order took forever. I won't be coming back soon.
