I love this dunk donuts location because they are nice and fast also a regular customer but they gotten worse . This morning they made pull into a parking spot to wait for my bagel. The lady came to my car she had a little bit of a attitude. I really don’t check my food because they always do a good job . This morning when I got to work I saw my bagel burnt this is unacceptable . I’m pretty sure they don’t want they food burnt looking like that . I will definitely will go back to get my money back .

the quality of this dunkin has gone down tremendously. It used to be my favorite because the drinks were well made and the food tasted fresh. This morning was my last straw when I found something gross INSIDE my coffee lid. It looks like a booger. It’s really a shame, I recommend going somewhere else.

I hate that I'm always being rushed when ordering at this location at the drive-thru or when I decide to go in. And sometimes they forget to put my egg & bacon on my bagel. There's nothing being "fast" but do it well.

Good stuff! I try to avoid going out scince i live in an area of low class personalities, with self installment syndrome. However, the staff at Dunkin' did a good job and making my visit pleasant.

The customer service is horrible. This place was dirt at 6am in the morning. Just a bad place to spend your money. Don't go here

The customer here is HORRIBLE!! when they don’t understand they just say no and hang up! I’ve called back several time and even as I’m typing this message I’m just listening to everything in the background because they just picked up and never said anything for 4 minutes now!! This is unacceptable. I was calling to make a business owner but I will definitely take my money to Starbucks up the street.
