Mcdonald's

Young people here are lazy. They do not need the dual lanes. They seem to forget one and you're sitting in your car while others after you put in their order first. They never have apple pies. That must be the only thing they sell. The pic is a quarter pounder, no cheese no onions. That's what I was given and it was tough to chew.

Food generally comes out worse than other McDonald's but quality will vary, that's not the reason for the one star. The reason is that the one thing they are consistent about other than above average wait times is the employees (especially the managers) terrible awful condescending and bull headed attitudes. They usually get my order wrong and today was no acception, however when I politely expressed that my order was inaccurate I got the worst attitudes imaginable from the lady at the window and her manager as well after her. After still not getting my order correct and being overcharged I was told to leave??? McDonald's what is going on with this location? I will certainly never return to this location and my frequency of attending McDonald's in general will see a sharp decline also.

Today I order 4kids cheeseburgers meals through DoorDash my order was delivered and it was only 4 orders fries 4 bottles of water and that’s it i was at work so I could not bring it back I was VERY UPSET so my kids did not have there whole meals this McDonald’s ALWAYS messing up my order !! So I try to give them another chance I waited a whole month order again through DoorDash I order cheeseburgers and got hamburgers no fries or toys just 3bottles of water and 3 hamburgers and that’s it im done with this McDonald’s I spend my money at Chick-fil-A I know my order will be right and not wrong 😑

If you can avoid it, make sure to avoid this McDonald's. Worst one in the area. The workers are all miserable and are terrible at customer service. They tried to give me no receipt because she didn't wanna change the paper. Good thing I made her change the paper and give me one because she gave me the totally WRONG meal I asked for and completely missed another item entirely. Then after the woman finished literally screaming at another customer, my order was FINALLY ready but all fries were thrown in bag upside down and they told me they have no ketchup. Bunch of bums.

Fries less than warm and wasn't as a large suppose to be. Once was given medium drinks for large meals (so basically try to rip me off). Ok drive-thru service. My main issue is I ordered 10 piece meals for my kids and we either get two packets on sauce or none at all. (Most of the time none at all). In one instincts I had to go inside to ask for sauce but the odd part was it seem as though everyone was going out of their way to avoid answering me until I raised my voice for service. Reason we go here is because my kids love McDonald's and I (as a kid) but I'll get them use to Chick-fil-A.
