Burger King

I was disgusted! I waited 12 minutes in line. Long story short, I finally get to the pickup window and asked if I could have a complimentary dessert for my extended wait. The manager just starts rambling on about another customer refusing to move because they wanted fresh food (no I did not get any empathy or compensation). After receiving my food I began to open it immediately after pulling off to find that my sandwich and onion rings were cold. Now I understand why the previous customer was demanding hot food. This was the most disappointing BK experience I've ever had. The manager is pathetic. Rather than caring what would make me happy as a customer she was just pointing blame at another customer. I guess when I pulled off I was added to the blame. If I had the time I would have also returned my food for a hot and fresh meal. I even explained suggestions on how they would have been able to keep the rest of the line satisfied, but I guess she'd rather have us publicly post negative reviews than lose $1 on a dessert.

We ordered oinion rings didn't have the zesty sauce so changes to fries. Then asked for mayonnaise and they were out and wouldn't give is any from the back. Then heard a man order mozzarella sticks and they were out. The manager was very rude to all the customers almost to yelling stage. The drink machine is leaking in the floor and instead of mopping it up they just stuck a sign in front of it which at any point someone could slip and hurt themselves. There was an elderly lady behind us in line with dementia and the manager was very very rude to her to. We eat at burger king often and have to say this was the very worst experience from any business I have seen in my life!!

I ordered Big Fish meal and when I got home and opened the sandwich, it was burnt and looked like it was sitting for days. I took the food back and asked the Manager how can you serve food like this. I demanded my money back, and all the Manager could do was apologize. This restaurant should close. Make sure to check your food before leaving ant fast food Restaurant.

Came in to the store at 415 to get food on our break from work.. Worst experience on my life. We received chicken nuggets that were discolored so we took it to the girl that look like she was the only person working. She took them made us wait 15 min for new ones that were of the same coloration as the previous ones that they had given me. So I told the woman I did not want them. She snatched them back so I asked for my money back and as she proceeded to give me my money back with no apology for the food!!! Literally nothing. She didn't say one word. Needless to say the 3 other people in line ask for their money back as well. We will no longer be coming to any of your establishments ever again and I will make sure I put in a complaint with the BBB also the health department. You restaurant was discusting and unclean the employees are rude, uneducated and don't know how to give customer service!!! Who doesn't apologize!!

If I could give this place no stars I would when I got my food is was ice cold after having to wait 20 mins for it thinking it would be hot and fresh 😒 but I was wrong !!! The fries taste like cardboard and they are cold as ice as well ! My bacon king burger was put together so sloppy !!! Almost forgot to mention the thugs that were hanging outside .. Although the young man at the counter had awesome costumer service skills so I guess my one star goes to him.💯

While my iced coffee and my friend's coffee we're quite good and cheap the service is abysmal. We stood at the counter for several minutes without even being acknowledged. We finally had to ask an employee who was walking by to wait on us. This is a dirty restaurant. We were there after 9am and the trash container by the entrance was still overflowing from the night before. The shrubs need to be trimmed. The door had hand and finger prints all over it. There were at least 5 or 6 employees but only 1 seemed to be doing anything. These employees are just dead weight. This restaurant is a blight on the Burger King brand.

One of the worst Burger King ever. They consistently screw up the food, the billing, the window delivery. Couldn't find a worse fast food in the area. Many a times their onion rings and fries feels so soggy as if it was cooked hours ago. Chicken fries tasted disgusting twice in a row. Employees with attitude. Wonder how Burger King has never shut this place yet. Learn customer service from Mc Donald's or Wendi's across from you.
