Mcdonald's

The managers at this location are awful, no type of hospitality and no maturity. Your staff only does what you stand for . As I went there today I asked for a quarter pounder deluxe with extra mustard and they put extra everything on this sandwich to the point where you couldn’t even see the hamburger pattie I also got a spicy chicken deluxe and ask for extra sauce as well I took 4 napkins cleaning that sandwich and what was sad Is I only saw this after I got home but I did call the managers back. This isn’t the first time they messed up at this location and maybe it’s time for my family and I to stop supporting their business.

We asked for an egg and cheese McGriddle, substitute round egg, the sticker on the sandwich even says so and yet they still put the fake folded egg on it. We ordered a plain biscuit, asked for butter and strawberry jam, none in the bag. Ordered hot cakes with syrup, no syrup or butter in the bag. Ordered two drinks, no straws in the bag. No utensils, I guess they think people eat pancakes with their hands these days. Didn’t even put any napkins in the bag, which confuses me because they obviously expected me to eat my pancakes with my hands, so where are the napkins? I would give a zero star rating but it wasn’t an option. I worked for McDonald’s my entire high school career and made 7.25 an hour doing so and still had pride in my work and job. And yet these people want 15 an hour to do nothing and act like it’s rocket science.

Well friendly drive thru staff! we were told to pull aside to wait on our fries. A team member Gave our fries to a guy in a random car! Lmbo☺️I went inside and explained what happened. They apologized and gave us our fries 🍟😂 no harm done! We did feed the seguls like I had done years back when my children were Small(25yrs ago) well worth the wait on the fries 🍟 lol

Always good food but tonight they forgot all the sauce we asked for. We got 16 nuggets and we had to drive around the drive thru again to get it and when we told them we were just back for sauce because it hadn't been put in the bag you would have thought we asked for the girl at the window to pay for the sauce out of her personal paycheck. Literally just said "ok" when we said there was no sauce.

Very nice McDonald’s updated with the new style. It includes play area for the kids, kiosk ordering option, and baked goods. I was very impressed with the speed of our order. Between the drive-through and in-store there we’re least 50 customers. The service was fast, excellent and professional chilling why McDonald’s leads the fast food industry.
