Definitely a jem! Wide range of complex hand dip flavors. Staff was super friendly and offered a taste sample when I was undecided. Also offers your basic soft serve flavors. Skip the commercial brands and head to Double Dippers. It's undoubtedly worth the trip.

We love this place. It’s our favorite ice cream shop in Rehoboth. It’s owner operated, friendly, they make you feel at home when you go, it’s fun and the Hershey’s ice cream is delicious. It’s like a small town ice cream parlor where the owner and staff get to know you and treat you like gold. Hands down the best ice cream store in town.
