It’s hard to comprehend why someone wouldn’t like Kohr Brothers. The staff was friendly and efficient, which was all I needed. The custard was off the charts incredible, as it always is. Best treat for a hot summer day on the beach.

Employees not helpful at all and very moody. Most often, customer service is the key to returning customers which equals success for every business.
The employees here should take a leaf from, "The Ice Cream Store Reg 1", just across from them whoes ice cream tastes amazing and their customer service is awesome. Disappointed customer.

Great ice cream, but the employees were moody because of being tired. My boyfriend asked for a waffle cone with peanut butter ice cream and they accidentally gave him peanut butter mixed with chocolate. He is allergic to chocolate, so we politely asked them to fix the order. It didnt bug us since it didnt take much out of our day and we were still happy to get the cone, but the employee acted so annoyed and just scraped the top off and put peanut butter over the top. There was still chocolate inside.

Really good soft serve ice cream with nice variety and swirls available, in favorable sizes I'd say too. "Jimmies" and other toppings allow for tons of customization and a good snack for a beach day.

LOVE the frozen custard. It's delicious and you get generous portions. They're also open late and you can sample the flavors beforehand.

I've been coming here since I was a kid and enjoying the vanilla/orange swirl custard and now so are my kids. Such a popular spot on the beach that they have one literally across the street and another around the corner.

You can’t go wrong with soft serve ice cream. The staff seem a little confused and disorganized with the orders.
