Went through drive through tonight and didn’t receive the burrito supreme. The cheesy gordito had maybe a teaspoon of meat and hardly any cheese. Tacos were soggy with water 🤢 Went back to get burrito but line isn’t moving ..doors locked and won’t answer phone. If you can’t run a decent business shut the doors!

Went through the drive thru for something quick. Was told what the total would be. When I got to the window to pay and get my order, I was told the amount due was less than previously indicated. When I mentioned it to the employee, she said she discounted it because of the wait. The wait was not that long.

Every time I order here I’m so disappointed. Tonight was just the Cherry on top. Some guy walking thru the drive thru was cussing at us to hurry up and the workers were rushing us as well. I ordered off the top of my head since their menu went black as I was looking. Got a chicken chalupa and when I get home half of it falls out of the wrapper like it was legit THROWN together. I always expect more from this Taco Bell seeing as they’re the busiest one and the only one open past 12 but I’m consistently disappointed. Do better.

Rude service today. Order taker struggling to understand a soft taco sub chicken then got condescending about the order. She was again extremly rude at window and still didnt even get the taco in bag. Trash service. Worth the drive to one on Shepard of hills.

Order-taker/cashier was GREAT! Friendly, knowledgeable, polite (please & thank you! Which is so rare nowadays), smiling, happy, and gave me a senior discount without my asking for it. And the food was awesome!

Was open to go in and set down to eat!! Food was good ,people was friendly! Better than Mac donald last night!!! Me and the wife will be back to eat here again!!

Items not made correctly and was poor condition. Food did not look or taste good from what we expect from our taco bell in Hollister.
