My friends and I stumbled upon Pere Marquette Bistro and Catering today while in Reed City. The food was excellent.We all had delicious wraps stuffed with fresh ingredients. We also enjoyed the homemade chips. A wonderful place for a relaxing and fresh tasty lunch. I would suggest that the signage be improved. Without the recommendation of a kind stranger we might not have known that it was a bistro also, and not just a catering company. Will definitely return!
The food was amazing and the service was very attentive. I had the spinach salad and it was amazing! My husband had the French dip and onion soup and he said it was great �. We highly recommend this place!
Deb and her crew were amazing. We got married a couple weeks ago and had them cater our wedding. I would highly recommend them! We met with her a couple times to go over the menu and postponed the initial date due to how soon we were trying to plan the wedding. She worked with us and never once made us feel like a burden. The food at the wedding was absolutely amazing. She took our vision and took it to the next level. Everything down to the plates we ate on were perfect. The price was better than I planned for and the food was 5 stars. If we ever need catering again, this company will be my first call!

A beautifully catered graduation party! Great food paired with terrific unobtrusive service in a lovely and well appointed vintage environment. There were gorgeously displayed colorful heirloom veggies, varieties of crackers, chips, dips, and exotic cheeses as well as a generous salad bar and bountiful entree servings accompanied by freshly prepared hot side dishes. The fillet mignon was cooked and seasoned to perfection and served au jus or with horseradish sauce. The Chicken Alfredo had a divinely creamy and flavorful sauce that the staff indicated was made from scratch on-site. Side dishes included roasted multi-colored baby potatoes as well as delicately steamed fresh seasoned long green beans garnished with delicately sprinkled finely julienned carrots. The dessert bar included petit fours, mini eclairs, a colorful variety of fresh fruits and berries, bon bons, tartlets and French pastries. Splendid and somewhat exotic floral displays appointed each of the food stations. All in all, it was as nice a job as anyone could possibly ask.
My husband and I were at a Celebration of Life memorial yesterday where Pere Marquette Bistro & Catering provide the meal. They did an excellent job! The food was fantastic and the staff was professional. We highly recommend Pere Marquette Bistro & Catering.

A Diamond in the Rough
Let me start off by saying my expectations have been blown away. From the quality of food to the atmosphere, I was pleasantly surprised how high quality my experience was dining in at this establishment.
I have been fortunate enough to experience both the catering services and dine in options offered. On each occasion, the food was absolutely wonderful and the service was top notch and professional. The way they are able to put together their food in a way that it plays music on my taste buds. Even though they offer a huge menu, due to their catering and dine in options, each one of their dishes are finely prepared and exquisite in taste.
As for the atmosphere of the bistro, it was cozy and comfortable while also maintaining the high class feel. When you walk through the door, you’re greeted with classy and creative decorations, a large, but beautiful, painting on the wall, and charmingly vintage floors, walls and ceiling. The mellow music combined with optimal lighting levels created an aesthetically pleasing experience.
I’m by no means a professional reviewer. However, I recommend Pure Marquette Bistro & Catering based off my experiences with them. It’s certainly a 5 star experience!
This is a wonderful restaurant! The people were sweet and kind. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS!! I was looking for something fresh and healthy and this was the place to go! Thank you for amazing food ❤️ 😁

The spinach salad was amazing. It had the ripest most delish fruits. My wife said the bistro club was one of the best she's ever had. We accidently stumbled on to Pere Marqutte Bistro, but from now on we'll be going out of our way to dine here.
Wow! 5 stars for the food, catching this place when it's open is difficult. Door is locked almost everyday so hours of operation are a guess. But if you can get in the food is beyond good its truly and art.
Pere Marquette has catered a graduation party and a wedding reception for us. Consummate professionals!! Do yourself a favor, stop reading the reviews and call Pere Marquette Catering. We can highly recommend them based on our experiences. Deb and her crew are wonderful people and the food they make is fantastic. We are still getting compliments on how delicious the food at the reception was. I have also worked with Pere Marquette Catering in a professional setting. They are great at accommodating folks regardless of the size of the party or budget. You can bet we will be calling them to help us the next time we need an event catered.
A rare find in this part of the woods! They focus on fresh ingredients, not fried. Everything we ate had exceptionally paired ingredients in a scratch kitchen. Even the chips and sauce were fresh made. Everything was fresh and masterfully crafted. I only wish I'd gotten more then one pie to go!
