Always an amazing experience at Baskin-Robbins. I had a minor issues, but it’s not big enough to impact all the times I’ve eaten ice cream here with amazing service! My only issue was the size of the ice cream scoop. I went here around a month ago, and got a very large scoop in a waffle cone. I come here a few weeks later, and they have different staff, who ends up giving us less than before. As I said before, tiny issue, but it still bugged me.

Not good customer service. They not at all speak properly to the customer. If we ask any queries about prices she(the girl behind the counter) was not answering clearly. She was not even tell the deals. I have a gift card. Still balance was there. But she said card was not working. I asked her to check with that barcode. But she was not helping us. My money was wasted.

The girl at the counter not even started making the uber order & just lying that she just got the order but truth is uber always send 20 minutes after they receive the order so food should be ready for pickup

Aaah I love this place, I would always come here with either friends or family for a delicious well anything you order (everything there is good). It's super yummy and it has a bunch of different flavors although the space is pretty small.

It is a joy to come here. The owners and staff are so friendly and prompt, I come here to relax and unwind and remember the child in me that loves a great banana split. Been coming here for years and will keep coming for those brief moments when I can be an icecream-loving-kid again. I give them not 5 but 10 stars for their excellence!!! Pai.

Friendly staff but no tastings during covid. The daiquiri ice was just gross, tasted like plastic lime bubble gum. The oreo shake wasn't quite sweet enough, too much milk? Tasted like cereal.
