Service was great. Ordered on the app but went inside to pick up instead of drive thru. They accommodated that fine. Asked how my day was. I just feel like their buns are not as fresh. This has been something I have noticed for awhile.

I showed up at Burger King at night. Stevie was amazing. He works hard and keeps up the pace when business is booming. He is a good worker. It seems like a rare trait to come by nowadays. Keep up the excellent work. I hope the company shows appreciation.

I got a #1 medium with vanilla coffee the coffee was surprisingly delicious and the fries were fresh and hot , whopper tasted good but was made with sadness

This store always seems short staffed and a bit overwhelmed with the amount of orders that need to be completed. The guys in there do their best with what they have.

I ordered my lunch around 11:45 . The gentleman took my order. After 30 minutes I asked the clerk. Where in the Hell is my order. He never said a word. But it cost the business a order of fris. Well never go back again

The last of what was 3 locations in bend. Now, with the one one on 3rd street. It feels like a blockbuster of a situation. I hope it does not become a pilot butte event. But at least the other locations are now coffee shops. I miss having more locations for the burger I prefer.

So pleased with our visit today, first time in a long time, our order was completely right, food was hot, beverage cold, napkins and straw in the bag. Ordered mozzarella sticks and we got two marinara sauces without having to ask! Did I mention cheap, cheap, cheap. Delightful young lady at the window 👩🦳
