The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our sandwiches were very onolicious. Haven't gone to a sandwich shop since Togos closed in Bend. Jimmy John's is a must if you haven't tried them 😊

I order from here all the time for delivery through the app. Never any issues after dozens of orders, quick turn around and pretty consistent. For those angry about one too many tomatoes or slow during a lunch/dinner rush...dude, it's a sandwich

We saw the Jimmy John's as we were driving south and it was a great place to get lunch. The service was fast and efficient. The sandwiches were excellent. The bathrooms and the entire facility was spotless. Jimmy John's is good, and this is one of their excellent locations.

Best club tuna I've had in awhile. Added all the freebies. The hot peppers on it were so good too. Club Lulu always on point as well. Great service, always consistent great sammiches and always leave happy.

We love Jimmy Johns, that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars. I would give 5 but for some unknown reason we have always had an address that doesn’t fall into their delivery area. We lived 1 block closer a few years ago, my sister lives 1 block north of us but on the east side of a main road & they get delivery. I don’t understand! Also, went there tonight, Hello Dear Manager!!!! You only had 1 person working! What the heck is wrong with you?? He did a great job but that’s just ridiculous!!!

Even their cookies are delicious! And fast delivery to our business. Their shop is clean and inviting, too, but we usually order to be delivered. We always ask for Tyler because he's funny and always friendly.
And to all of you leaving one star because you are out of their delivery area... REALLY? If you haven't actually tried a place, don't review!
Also, tip your driver!!!
