Really great food, clean establishment. The only thing I could see that needs worked on is the communication between the employees. Other than that it's always a great experience and the food is fantastic 👌

This has to be the best quality Panda I've ever been to! I moved to Central OR from the greater Portland area and the food at this location is always on point (not the case with other locations)!
The drive thru can be difficult because I like to see/know what is ready, how the veggies look before I decide, and their menu/sign doesn't always have the correct info. I've also noticed when I ask about "plain chicken breast" they tell me they don't do that, but what they do have is teriyaki chicken with no sauce (note: it's plain chicken breast lol).
I now go inside, and wait patiently to be helped as they're very Very busy all the time, and as is the nature of fast food, drive thru takes priority. I am much happier doing that as long as I go in with realistic expectations. Inside is always clean, professional, and I even see at times what I assume is the manager or some sort of upper sales team on a laptop busy at a table, jump in to help out when they can.
Employees are always nice, professional, and smile like they don't hate their job. Not typical these days in fast food joints, in my experience, understandably.

The food is lacking but it is edible. Fried rice has basically no flavor at all. Sometimes the chicken is good but other times it seems they use too much sauce because it will taste and smell like vinegar. Overall good service but I don't enjoy the food much.

Customer service was absolutely amazing, food was hot and delicious! Huge line when we got there but it moved really fast (horrid drive thru design)

Food can be hit or miss sometimes but its almost always really good. Drive thru line goes by very fast. Just make sure you double check your bag because they miss items frequently.

Neat looking panda express. Ordered a bigger plate and the food tasted good and fresh... Wish they served more though. They have restrooms as well. Overall, this panda express is clean, and you can now order inside as well.

If you like Asian Style fast food at an affordable price, Panda Express is a good option. Service was mostly prompt and accurate, but the inside ordering still closes very early which is unfortunate specially for someone who may not have a vehicle. The atmosphere is also a little lackluster due to the nature of drive thru only.
