"At 7-Eleven, our doors are always open, and our friendly store teams are ready to serve you." When I went during their graveyard shift. The doors we're locked, so I left as well as other customers. When I called to ask what time they we're gonna open again knowing that they're open 24hs. I was told that they were open and I had to knock on the door to be let in. One of the excuses was because they scheduled to female workers. That's not my problem, that's part of the job. Not mention it isn't convenient for me to knock and wait to be let in. OPEN MEANS OPEN RIGHT, not OPEN with LOCKED DOORS.

I absolutely love this 711 out of all 7elevens I been too they give you excellent customer service and service right away i came in yesterday to get some coffee and cappuccinos with my daughter as we went to the coffee station the coffee I wanted was out and the machine for the cappuccinos was out one of the employees here at 711 barely came in on her shift didn't even get a chance to set down her stuff and she came to assist me this young lady really made a difference for me she had my coffee made in 3 minutes she refilled the machine for me and she helped signed up for the app at checkout i left the store satisfied before we left i had my daughter go back in to catch her name so I can write a great review about her her name is Katrina everyone if you need anything she would be the one to go to get things done i will most definitely be returning with my all of my family and friends
