They offer curbside pickup, but I had to wait over 40 minutes AFTER they sent me a text saying my order was ready. The food was cold, the fries were spongy and gross. The bill for 2 people was almost $30, I have had my last Habit Burger.

I have come to this location many times and have never had a bad experience once. My personal favorite is the Santa Barbara char, which is what I order almost every time I go (although I have tried other burgers to and they’ve all been great). Everything is always prepared and cooked exactly right,
After third time ordering online really upsetting now. They don't follow instructions what we order how we want it. I recall one of those times really much more upsetting. I ordered on one of the burgers w/mushrooms they winded up putting it in the wrong burger. &the other w/mayo that wasn't sup
