Never have I experienced consistent poor service at a Tim Hortons. They never have a working cappuccino, or hot chocolate machine. I can avoid that location for months and came back with the same issues. The workers are complacent, rude and have no regard for customer care.
They also charge for extra for certain items, but cheat you on the amount.
This location really needs a regional management to do some work because they obviously don’t take care of that location , nor training employees.

Today is Monday, January 24th and I stopped in the approximately 3:45 p.m. I ordered a large vanilla latte and a Turkey club. I haven't been to the establishment in 3 years cuz I had a previously terrible experience. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and friendliness of the staff. My visit was quick and my sandwich was amazing as well as the coffee. Thank you so much!

I asked for a breakfast wrap and this is what they handed to me. You can tell they dont take pride in there work. Even when they handed it to me they like tried to cover it with napkins so I wouldn't see the messed up wrap laying underneath until it would be to late. Simply pathetic I wont be coming here again. If I did this kinda job at my work I would get fired

When you come to this place you can expect fast service and very good people . Always order my large coffee half&half and half sugar 😋 the best coffee for the day to start with . Also they have very great and delicious donuts 🍩

When I tell you rude and don’t get my order right. Do not go to this Tim hortons your going to be disappointed. I pay for my stuff and I expect to get exactly what I pay for. If you don’t have something just say that!

I got the dry, crumbled biscuit with bacon & egg. Awful! Green rubbery egg and way undercooked bacon. First and definitely last time getting bfast food there.
