I ordered two hand-packed 24 oz containers of Daiquiri Ice ice cream from Door Dash. What I received was Vanilla and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Not happy. Therefore, I drove to the store to return them. I was told that the driver was told they didn’t have Daiquiri Ice available. Ironically, however, when I showed up they suddenly had the ice cream available and were able to fulfill my order. I was disappointed that they didn’t take the time to properly fulfill my order from the start. It’s hard for me to leave the house and this was a huge inconvenience.

They rarely have what I ask for, including items listed on the menu for this specific location. It's challenging to make ice cream taste bad, so I'd suggest going to a more consistent location- This way you'll get what you want.

Our server was great. He made us laugh and just enjoy our wait while we were there. On top of that, everything here taste lovely. However they seem to always either be low or not have any waffle bowls

This place was out of everything! It was impossible to order, also the drive through speaker you could barely hear the worker and they could barely hear you. I dont understand how an ice cream place can be out of so many basic things. No strawberry, no banana, no soft serve, no cones, and more! The stuff we did get was good once we got it but still.

Why are they even open? Can’t make milkshakes, espresso machine doesn’t work, can’t make Cappuccino blasts.. always only have one employee working, hard bagels, limited ice cream.
Just do us a favor and lock the doors.
