Tim Hortons

This is a pretty good Tim Hortons. The cashier staff is not very friendly at the time when I go. But she's not rude or anything so that doesn't bother me. The parking lot for this one is so small. And the drive through cuts through the parking lot. So in the morning of you go inside and the drive through line gets long. You'll be trapped until it clears. Other than that...its an okay place to get a cup of coffee.

I love Tim Hortons, but this one makes me never want to got there again! It's the closest to my house but I still don't go there any more the employees are very bad at their job and are rude! Everytime I go in there my order is wrong, just now my husband went through the drive-thru and got a medium coffee and received a small. You can be the only customer there and they will still ask you 3 times what you ordered and get it wrong. This has happened almost six times to me! I have never been to any place this incompetent in my life. They give Tim Hortons a bad name, don't waste your time! Go down telegraph a little more there is a second Tim Hortons on the corner of five mile and telegraph. Go there.

RUDE RUDE RUDE drive through service: I learned shortly after I started stopping here on my way to work NOT to order actual food, because the staff gets overwhelmed and rude if they have to do much more than pour coffee. So I keep my orders short and simple. I stopped going there because the service was iffy, and I the quality was going down (If I pay $4 for an ice capp...I expect it to come with the whip cream and toppings like pictured...but they don't even do that here). I stopped in this morning for coffee and a croissant...the woman taking the order sounded annoyed to start, and she didn't say anything after I finished stating my order...I waited, 1 minute or so later she asked for my order (like I was a new car that pulled up), so I said "It's still me..." and the woman YELLED at me to pull around...so I did. Everyone inside looked unhappy, and my coffee and bag were shoved at me...and the window was immediately closed with not even looking at me...at that point I wanted my receipt (I paid with my CC)...and since I was treated like such garbage, I wasn't going to risk not seeing my receipt. What a shi^^y start to my day, that was going great til stopping there. They weren't even very busy. Put on a smile, be decent, and pour the coffee, it's not tough. Get it half right and they'd be doing alright. OH...and they never have pretzel bagels, and act like there's no such thing...EVEN WHEN IT'S PICTURED ON A SPECIALTY AD RIGHT THERE AT THE DRIVE THROUGH, and called out a PRETZEL BAGEL!!!! They don't get any stupider than these folks.

Every time I go here something is wrong with a part of my order. When speaking they start speaking before you're finished, and act like they are rushing you to complete your order. I have received the wrong donut before, and today was especially awful. I received a completely wrong sandwich. I order the turkey bacon club meal with no tomato, chips, and a large iced decaf. They handed me the sandwich and told me to have a good day. No chips, no coffee. When I finally got them back to the window she seemed irritated that i wanted the rest of the meal I paid for. She gave me the chips and a coffee and closed the window. When I opened my sandwich I found it was a ham and swiss, not a turkey bacon club. I took a bite of a chip and it was cold and stale. I can only hope that my coffee is actually decaf because im not allowed to have caffeine per my doctor. I am highly unsatisfied with this location. I tried to call the store with the number on Google and it said the number was no longer in service. Until the get a better staff that pays attention, i will not be going to this location anymore.

I been to this Tim Hortons, at least three times before I just said f*** it, customer service suck so bad, if l was her manager, l would have excused her from the customer, service my customer an when l was finished, the employee would have been to.l work with customers, all the time an some of you, can be mean an nasty, but its my job, to want you to come back, l left before being served, l waited so long, please don't good in the morning, no breakfast sandwiches for you, coffee an donuts only. thank God, for other Tim Hortons, Because this one sucks at Customer Service.
