Tim Hortons

The service was excellent. When I drove into the parking lot, I was not impressed with the huge pothole in the drive thru. The server took my order. When I arrived at the window he told me that they did not have iced caps, so he offered milkshakes instead. I asked for the flavors to added to my shakes & he did just that. He also gave me extra donuts. My server was Darren. He was very attentive to my needs & made my experience note worthy. He's not a manager, but he did go the extra mile for a customer. He is a valued employee.

Never and I mean never do they have what you order. Was told by employee Bill google review means nothing to owner as they get bad reviews all the time. I for one will not be visiting this location again. Holy Moly opened across the street, perhaps they will appreciate my business. When you are a second or third shift employee, you're ready for breakfast, not a burger. When I have to ask what you have available instead of getting what I want, I'll take my hard earned cash and that of my co-workers elsewhere. Thanks for the memories.

The drive-thru is terrible. I waited in line 7 minutes for a large coffee with cream. While waiting I called the store to see what the problem was and I was told they were waiting on coffee. Needless to say I left. Wow no coffee at a coffee establishment. I’ll continue going to Tim Horton’s in Livonia. They are aware that no one has time to waste waiting for coffee.

Went in this morning. They were slow and out of change. I ordered a cheese bagel toasted with garden vegetable cream cheese. Of course they don't carry garden vegetable any more. I tried ordering the maple bagel. They don't carry that any more either. Then after I place my order the person making the orders gave the person behind me his food and he hadn't even ordered yet. I will never go back to that location again. The service sucks.

three days in a row these people give me a glazed cinnamon roll instead of the frosted one i keep ordering... On day two the lady working there says i do this all the time, like i am running some kinda scam(for an extra donut.) day three they take back my donut and after its been in my car and my hands on it they put it back on the shelf for sale. this place is a joke! i really wish the owner of this store would see first hand how dirty the place is and how their employees do their job...

When I first started going here it was awesome. I dont know if the hired a whole new team or what but the service SUCKS! I went in today got a bagel belt and a coffee. The medium coffee I ordered came in a SMALL cup and the food was missing the lettuce and tomato's. The girl who took my order was rude and when I got to the window the guy who took my money was ON THE PHONE. The conversation sounded like he was on the phone with his mom giving her an update on his life. When he handed me the bag with my sandwich in it he didnt even look at me. No have a nice day, no kma, no see you next time. You have to go out of your way to be this rude. Literally go to ANY other Tim Hortons. This place will absolutely ruin Tim Hortons for you.
