Ordered and asked for hot fries he got hot fries but I didn't get hot so I took them back. They made me some hot ones. By the time I got the hot ones my burger was cold.i am going one of 2 curly fries the rest was a C or crispy critters from the bottom of the bag

Visited just before 9 pm. Open signs flashing, however lobby was closed 🫤 the drive thru was easy to maneuver in my big a$$ truck which was nice. Staff was very friendly. Food was hot, fresh, tasty, and made correctly. Impressive.

Most the time I get decent service every so often I will get a rude employee. Food is normally correct but if you order something special on it or take something off make sure to check your item before leaving. 3/10 trips i have to go in and get something fixed. I am a picky eater and will not eat it if there is something I do not like on it. Over all decent service

Spend about $38.00. In the order was onion rings, and egg rolls. That being said I had ZERO sauce for anything, and I was short an egg roll. Plus the egg rolls I got were very cold in the middle. The people that work there should also have better Hygiene, the drive thru guy was kinda gross.

We stop there anytime we're in Redding! We go through the drive through, and are happy to get Zack! He's so nice and friendly! He knows what we like. Also, it's the best iced coffee ... Not Starbucks!

Zack was great. He seemed positive, held the door open, and got our order right. The restaurant was clean and the food and fries were hot when served 👍👍

Haven't lived in the area that has a Jack In The Box since 2008 my current visit I got a Sourdough Jack burger and it's consistent to what I used to eat in 2008
